Over 5 years in the industry
Luba99 began with a simple question: why is it so hard to find an online entertainment platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian users? That question brought together a group of technology experts and digital entertainment industry veterans to build something different.
From day one, our focus has been clear — to build a platform that puts users first. Not just a platform with a wide game selection, but one that ensures every aspect of the user experience, from registration through to withdrawal of winnings, runs smoothly, transparently, and reliably.
"We didn't build luba99 to be the biggest — we built it to be the most trusted and most understood by Malaysian users."
Malaysia has a unique digital landscape. Users here come from diverse backgrounds, varying levels of tech proficiency, and hold high expectations around security and reliability. Not every international platform understands these needs deeply enough.
At luba99, we take a different approach. Our platform was built around how Malaysian users actually interact with digital services — from payment methods like DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay, to Bahasa Melayu support and an intuitive interface. Every design decision is driven by real feedback from local users.
Since luba99 launched, we have never stopped innovating. Our development team works continuously to add new features, improve performance, and deliver a progressively better gaming experience over time. Platform updates are rolled out regularly, and every change is driven by user needs rather than industry trends alone.
Today, luba99 offers over 500 slot games from world-leading providers, live sports betting, interactive bingo, and Live Casino with real dealers — all in one seamless, easy-to-use platform. Our journey is far from over, and we remain committed to delivering the best for every luba99 user.

Luba99 provides self-management tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, and voluntary break periods. We believe healthy entertainment starts with self-control, and our platform is designed to support that approach.
These principles are more than slogans — they guide every decision we make
We disclose game RTP values, bonus terms, and withdrawal policies clearly and in plain language. No hidden terms, no conditions buried in fine print.
Every layer of the luba99 platform is designed with security as the top priority. User data is protected with military-grade encryption and is never shared with any third party without consent.
Every product and service decision at luba99 starts with one question: does this benefit our users? User satisfaction is our most important measure of success.
The digital entertainment industry is always evolving, and luba99 is always ready to evolve with it. Our team constantly looks for ways to improve the platform and add more value for users.
Luba99 believes that entertainment platforms have a responsibility to society. We actively promote responsible gaming and provide support resources for those who need assistance.
